Ordering Details

Once you've found something you cant take your eyes off and wish to make a purchase...

1) Drop us an email at www.weknowvictoriassecret@gmail.com on the Name, Details and Quantity of item(s) you are interested in.


2) Decide on your Delivery Mode and state the Mailing Address:

- By Standard Mail (S$1.50 flat rate for item(s) less than 500grams. Additional S$1 will be applicable for every extra 1kg; or part thereof.)

- By Registered Mail (There will be an additional S$2.24 charge applicable, on top of standard mailing rates. This is of course, highly recommended.)

- By Home Delivery (A charge of S$10 will be applicable. Strictly for Residential Addresses only).

** No worries, we will help you calculate the postage charges and include them in the confirmation email if you are still unclear about the charges! :)

3) Please wait for our Confirmation Email before making any fund transfer.

4) After receiving our Confirmation Email, do the Fund Transfer (Receiving our Confirmation Email will allow reservation of the item for 24hrs, and payment must be made within this timeframe to secure your purchase. After the timeframe, the order(s) will be void)

5) Drop us an email with the Bank's Reference Number (We will send the parcel out only after receiving the email on the details of the Fund Transfer)
